They are also equipped with wheels and fixing feet so that they can be installed in the laboratory easily and effortlessly.
LAB BENCH WITH SOUNDPROOF COMPARTMENT

MAXIMUM SOUNDPROOFING
(50 mm multilayer acoustic insulation + 13 mm HPL compact board)
All ZENBENCH custom lab benches are soundproofed with acoustic insulation made up of two layers of absorber and a heavy flexible mass.
With this we provide the assembly with a very low dynamic rigidity, low transmission and high absorption of the noise generated by motors, compressors and vacuum pumps.
It also has a protective outer surface that protects and allows easy cleaning and long life.
Product self-extinguishing and totally safe.
EASY ACCESS TO THE
VACUUM PUMPS
The custom lab benches can house soundproofed compartments for 1 or 2 vacuum pumps.
The soundproof compartments incorporate an antivibration tray with silentblocks to absorb the vibrations caused by the vacuum pumps.
These trays are removable to facilitate the installation or replacement of vacuum pumps.
LAB BENCH WITH VENTILATION SYSTEM
EASY TO USE
The ZENBENCH custom lab benches has a ventilation system with 3 configurations:
AUTO: The fans are self-regulating with the temperature inside the soundproof compartment.
MAX: The fans will work at their maximum power.
OFF: The fans will be off.
They also incorporate 2 LED indicators:
Green LED: Indicates that the fans are working.
Red LED: Indicates that the soundproof compartment has excessive temperature.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
The soundproof compartments of the ZENBENCH custom lab benches are equipped with high performance fans.
They are very quiet fans with a long useful life (150,000 h).
They provide the soundproofed compartment with a flow of up to 187 m3/h per fan, managing to renew the air inside every 2 seconds.
The fans are installed so that they are easily removable for correct replacement.
MOBILE LAB BENCH WITH WHEELS
EASY TO INSTALL
All ZENBENCH custom lab benches are equipped with height-adjustable wheels and fixing feet for easy installation.
This allows you to make the most of the work surface of the laboratory table, without having to leave space between the instruments and the wall.
When needed, you can move the table and everything on it for maintenance or relocate it to another part of the laboratory.
EASY TO CLEAN LAB BENCH
HYGIENIC AND RESISTANT
The ZENBENCH custom lab benches incorporate a compact HPL board that gives it long life and resistance to impacts.
In addition, this board has a high resistance to bending and scratches caused by laboratory activity, as well as high resistance to chemical products, solvents, acids and bases.
